The Punta Rata Beach, often known as Dugi Rat, is not only the most famous beach in Brela, but it is also the most popular photo motif of the entire Makarska Riviera. Back in 2004, even Forbes Magazine voted this beach jewel one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The very special thing about Punta Rata Beach is its striking rock, the “symbol of Brela“, which sticks out from the turquoise blue sea. This beach in Brela is the ultimate highlight of the holiday region and should not be missed on any vacation.

Podrace Beach
The beach Podrace is a real pearl on the Riviera, and for many it is the most beautiful beach of Brela. Anyone bathing there is offered a panorama as beautiful and unique as on a postcard. This small bay lies hidden between rocks and green pine trees and shines in picturesque blue sea colors. The water is crystal clear and if you like snorkeling, you will find some good spots around the rocks to admire the intact underwater world.

Placa Stomarica Beach
Another highlight of Brela is the Stomarica beach. This quiet bay is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace, but also for families with children. The Stomarica beach is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Brela, at the top of the holiday region. Here, the water is particularly clean and fresh, and is wonderful to swim and snorkel. There are small, cozy beach bars on both sides of the bay.
